When you are awarded MAGK points, you agree to:
1) Monitor the purchase of your product/service by other users of the platform and send the product within 24 hours.
2) Ensure the safety and readiness for shipment of the product you have listed.
3) Do not delete or change any information in the product/service card.
The VAST HILLS platform reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without explanation, to refuse you the following:
- register you as a seller
- place your product cards and advance you MAGK points
and also, at any time, at its sole discretion and without explanation:
- delete your store,
- delete you as seller,
- delete your product cards
- and delete the MAGK points issued to you
Purchases
When purchasing goods and services provided by the service (hereinafter referred to as the "purchase"), you may be required to provide information related to the purchase, which includes, but is not limited to, personal information about you and the owner (if not the same person), documentary evidence of ownership, a license confirming the right of ownership of the digital assets offered for exchange, and any other documentation in accordance with US and international law.
Content
Our service allows you to post, leave links, store, share and make available in other ways information, text, graphic images, videos and other materials (hereinafter referred to as the "content"). You are responsible for strictly observing all local and international copyright, related rights and other laws.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change the terms at any time. When changes are made to the terms of the agreement, a notification will be sent. The content of the changes remains entirely at our discretion.
